Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID, and the documents you need notarized. If your document requires witnesses, they should attend with their own IDs unless you have made other arrangements in advance.

Some documents, like wills or powers of attorney, may need witnesses. If required, they must be present during notarization, or you can arrange for witnesses through our service (additional fees may apply). Contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Yes. If your document is eligible for Remote Online Notarization, you can complete the notarization by secure video conference from almost anywhere. You do not need to be in the same location as the notary.

We proudly serve San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels, and surrounding communities. For mobile services outside of these areas, additional travel fees may apply. Additionally, our Remote Online Notarization (RON) service allows us to notarize documents for clients located anywhere.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a fee.

Yes. You can book mobile notary service at your home, office, hospital, senior facility, or another agreed location within our service area. If you need service outside the standard area, additional travel fees may apply.

Turnaround time depends on the type of document, the destination country, and how quickly all required information is provided. We aim for efficient service and will give you a clear timeline before we begin, especially for time-sensitive apostille requests.

Not yet. Please make sure your document is complete before the appointment, and do not sign it until you are in front of the notary unless we tell you otherwise. We can explain the notarization process, but we cannot provide legal advice or fill in missing legal information.

For a RON appointment, you’ll need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, a valid government-issued photo ID, and the document ready to upload. Some documents may also require witnesses or extra identity verification, so please let us know in advance.
