Mobile Notary Services are available when documents must be notarized in person. Notarized By Kristy LLC travels to your location to complete notarizations efficiently and in compliance with Texas notarial law. This service is ideal for individuals, families, businesses, and institutions that require on-site notarization for legal, medical, financial, or personal documents. Appointments may take place at a residence, office, healthcare facility, or another agreed-upon location. Mobile Notary pricing includes the Texas-authorized notarization fee per signature, along with a travel fee based on location and scheduling. All fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. Signers must be present with valid government-issued identification. Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to the appointment. No legal advice or document drafting is provided. For documents eligible for online execution, Remote Online Notarization may be available as a convenient alternative.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are time-reserved professional services. Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in applicable service or travel fees. No-shows are subject to the full reserved service fee. Fees are not contingent upon document outcome, acceptance, or third-party actions.
