Complete your notarization from anywhere with a secure, Texas-compliant Remote Online Notarization session. This appointment includes: • One notarized signature • Identity verification • Secure audio-video recording • Digital return of your completed document(s) Additional notarized signatures may be added during the session. Cancellation Policy
These policies apply to all services provided by Notarized By Kristy LLC, including mobile notary, remote online notarization (RON), apostille facilitation, weddings, and related services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Travel Policy Included Travel (Base Pricing) Travel within 10 miles of Cibolo, TX is included in the base pricing. Base pricing: $10 per notary stamp/document plus a $25 travel fee. Additional Mileage Travel beyond 10 miles is calculated on a round‑trip basis from Cibolo, TX. Additional mileage fees will be provided upon request and confirmed prior to your appointment. 2. After‑Hours & Weekend Surcharge Services scheduled after 6:00 PM or on Saturday/Sunday incur a $20 surcharge in addition to base pricing and travel/mileage fees. 3. Refund Policy Refunds are not available once services are rendered. “Services rendered” includes any part of the service, such as scheduling, travel, or notarization. Deposits (Weddings & Apostilles) Deposits for weddings and apostille services are non‑refundable. Non‑refundable deposits may be applied to a future booking within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability. 4. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional charge. Requests to reschedule must be submitted via phone or email to confirm availability. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24‑hour notice or no prior notice are subject to a $25 non‑refundable cancellation fee. No‑shows (mobile or online) forfeit the $25 deposit and may be charged an additional $25 travel cancellation fee. If rebooking, cancellation fees may be credited toward the rescheduled service (case‑by‑case basis). 6. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Rates are subject to change and may vary for specialty services (apostilles, weddings, court reporting, etc.). 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are complete and ready for notarization. Valid, government‑issued photo identification must be presented at every appointment. The notary reserves the right to refuse service if identification or document requirements are not met. 8.
